This tender has been under construction for a number of years and is intended for use with 34007 SR West Country Class 4-6-2. Frames were riveted together in 2009 and subsequently wheeled, tank had been completed long before this. By October 2020 tender largely complete, an announcement in April 2024 on the owner's website says that the tender is in the workshop to be finished off. The tank has been built with raves. The loco is at Riley & Son (E) Ltd, Heywood for overhaul but the tender remains at the Mid Hants Railway. |
