This tender has been under construction for a number of years and is intended for use with 34007 SR West Country Class 4-6-2. Frames were riveted together in 2009 and subsequently wheeled, tank had been completed long before this. Watercress Line News no. 191 Winter 2025-2026 reports that the tender is nearing completion. The tank has been built with raves. The loco is at Riley & Son (E) Ltd, Heywood for overhaul but the tender remains at the Mid Hants Railway. |
