Notes Loco 2874 arrived at Woodham Bros, Barry with a Churchward 3500 gallon tender. This was quickly disposed of by Woodhams either for scrap or further industrial use. The loco was purchased for preservation without a tender in August 1987. It is currently under going restoration by the 2874 Trust but no definite plans have so far been announced about a replacement tender.
